Not at all, I was just giving the reason not saying I actually support it. I just had to go through this

This is why I can’t get jobs I don’t know how to bullshytBullshyt
If someone is quick to leave a job, they weren't told the truth about what the job is so they bailed, the same way a company would fire them if they lied about their experience and got caught.
This is just HR people trying to prove they're doing something. Last job I had where multiple interviews was a thing, I realized like 8 of the people I spoke to had absolutely nothing to do with me or my job and we never had to interact for anything at work.
Then what the hell was the point of including them in the interviews? HR was trying to spread out accountability for the hire + those department heads themselves just wanting a break from work during the day
So much of this interview stuff is disingenuous, when it really should just be:

because of you yanks ... some of you needing to prove the import of the HR function ..
your country is the one with highly variable behaviour. it's not like that everywhere.
stop exporting your paranoia and assumptions of disfunction around the world.
if you can talk to these people outside of interviews/the workplace you won't have to bullshyt (as much). This is why I can’t get jobs I don’t know how to bullshyt
Ironically (or not depending how much you believe we are all being tracked) just turned YouTube on my tv and this was the first video suggestion

Bullsht i went through 5 round of interviews in my current job. And still negotiated 20k moreif anything many job interviews gave me even more confidence that i was gonna get the job

Not doing more than 2 interviews for any place. 3 interviews to me sound like they are just trying to find ways to exploit candidates but that's just me.Multiple interviews are not really the issue.
The issue is when you are the +2 in the N+2 scenario
Giving someone a legit opportunity is fine but when thr shenanigans are at play
It doesnt keep me interested. To me it means that i have leverage in negotiationsLine up interviews with places you don't care about and practice.
Yes, waste their time.
I schedule BS jobs when I haven't interviewed in awhile, just to get the jitters out
That is mentioned in the video, more interviews keep you psychologically invested in the process.
My current job I only did one interview and negotiated 5k more.
That will be rectified this year![]()
