Look good, make good money, educated like to travel

But when you get to know them, the successful ones are slaves to their jobs, completely unavailable to anyone outside their inner circle.

They ALL have the list of qualifications for a husband which is usually unrealistic

And more than half of the successful ones have kids by 27, and the other Half are overweight

If you just here to fukk and KIM then its a great place to be, if you looking to find a wife and you don’t like crazy you in the wrong area

But yea on a surface level they are great

I'd go as far as saying it's the best place for any black American to live as long as you don't work for the government. I've seen what that shyt did to my grandma, aunties, and my mom. Those federal whites will have you fukked up fr.

We get ALOT of baddie transplants from East Africa and the Middle East. Honestly, it's a pretty diverse mixing pot. I've only seen this much diversity in places like NY tbh (and NY nikkas won't admit it but our women are badder and easier to approach).

I don't want to go off topic too long, but you ain't kidding about what the Blacks be dealing with working for the Federal Government in the DMV, I was one of them. They like to mess with you once you start nearing early retirement age, or start coming close to 20 years. which ever comes first. When you see this happening, and you have a half decent salary, it's best to take advantage of one of their early retirement plans as soon as possible. People use to put faith in the TSPs (the federal government form of a 401k plan). But that was before 2008, and the pandemic. The feds do have one of the best retirement plans though.
