Why are DMV women so receptive?

I was specifically referring to black women, but you can probably say the same thing about the other varieties of women.Are they black? or "other?"

As a NYer who has family in the DMV area and has lived in Silver Spring for the past 3 years, most of these chicks are on the same level as NY women. I'm not saying they look awful, but you nikkas are overrating them.
But no city in the states is messing with Miami
I’d assume what makes the dmv clearly ahead of NY is half the bad bytches from NY are Dominican, and you can’t easily bag a Dominican unless you are embedded in with them (Bronx basically).Stop. Way better looking is crazy.

DMV women is full of transplants now
Back in the early 2000s, before gentrification pushed low-income DC residents into PG, if you bagged a chick from PG, it meant something...they had the juice back then
Now it's kinda hit or miss...if I'm gonna entertain a PG chick, she gotta be from Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Laurel...not Temple Hills, District Heights, Landover, Hyattsville or Largo
Keep it on the low though, Prince William County has some sleepers out there

It could be challenging for an out of towner to bag a native NYer...I'm from Philly, we don't have that problem...we snatch thotties from NYC, NJ & the DMV w/ ease

Not quite. However you gotta be specific bc there’s chicks FROM here then there’s chicks that moved here meaning they got money and money really does increase the likelihood a chick will be bad.
Truly local spots like planet fitness, jaspers (food spot), target…the women here are ok. Nothing crazy tho
However….at the new development type spots that are higher priced and cater to higher income? Insanity. Ie a trip to Wegmans

The DMV is full of fine, 30 and 40 something educated, successful, women and they are SINGLE for a reason. INDEPENDENT
Sadly a lot of our women have been raise to get it alone and survive without a man. I meet so many fine women that have been single for 5+ years. Some have never had a relationship here.
Seems career women can't find a man to marry them.

PG used to be a utopia of beautiful yellow, brown, and chocolate women
Imagine a college nikka from the city, who grew up in a rowhouse, visiting his GF's family, and pulls up to a 4k square foot house, 1/2 acre of land, a 2 car garage, and 3 cars in the driveway
Half the bad chicks from my college yrs were from PG...they knew how to dress, do they lil makeup, wear heels, hair done, nails done...they were like this at 18-19
PG really used to be special...it's cheeks now...needless to say I was disappointed when I moved down to the dmv in 2015 and realized things fell apart there
