could be the opposite for me, I am eating less than 1,200 calories a day. one month in, lost about 8 pounds.
1 more month to go and I will be in great shape, down to about 13% body fat.

my new diet could also be triggering it.




that throbbing pain behind the eye is the devil, can't distract urself by watching a movie or something, there's nothing u can do but wait it out

You'll lose a lot of weight in the beginning but eventually it will stagnate. And the vast majority of the weight you lost is muscle + water and NOT fat. :snoop:

So unless you're trying to become a skinny-fat dude with no energy or drive, you need to reverse diet out of that bytch immediately

A chick in college told me about cupping your mouth and nose and breathing into your. That worked for me, makes the aura go away faster and lessened the headache.

I can attribute most migraines to dehydration, stress, and lack of eating. Anymore I just get the aura and a slight headache. The days of laying in the fetal position for 2 hours are long gone for me.

Yeah bro, you do not want to play games with your hormones. You might end up messing up your metabolism for good, which will lead to lifelong weight issues, depression, low energy, low sex drive. It is not worth it.

If you want to lose weight fast, try something like Keto. Or just do intermittent fasting and maybe work your way up to OMAD (One Meal a Day, you get all your calories/nutrients in a very small window of maybe 1-2 hours and then you fast for 24 hours, but you can drink water).

Whatever you do, make sure to strength train so you do not lose muscle mass.

Used to get them bad as a kid; now not so much. But like you, I know when they’re coming and when I get them, the day is pretty much ruined. Gotta wait it out

No lights, and sleep is the only cure for me.

Used to get them from the age of 5 until about 19. They stopped when I started smoking weed daily.
