could be the opposite for me, I am eating less than 1,200 calories a day. one month in, lost about 8 pounds.
1 more month to go and I will be in great shape, down to about 13% body fat.

Yeah you need hop off that bullshyt ass starvation diet breh. You're messing up your metabolism

You'll lose a lot of weight in the beginning but eventually it will stagnate. And the vast majority of the weight you lost is muscle + water and NOT fat.

So unless you're trying to become a skinny-fat dude with no energy or drive, you need to reverse diet out of that bytch immediately
