Why are predominately black countries mostly poor? in your opinion

another reason black or african countries stay backward is they are indoctrinated/educated by the western world to have over their resources. you got these "educated" negros who work for the same corporations that steal resources from their countries for a nice little paycheck.

also africans don't know how to negotiate and if they do the west is up on things to still fuqq them over. whether it's to manipulate their currency or strong arming politicians or whatever.
the big corporations just aren't making no deal with no black country as equals. they look at how they live and make a deal accordingly. cause if they start paying the real price african countries would get too used to it...

congo cant get rich from its resources because there is widespread illiteracy in congo and because there is hardly any financial networks, neither congo nor any other african country will get rich from its natural resources, you get rich from developing your population not from selling resources
