Mob Psycho 100 has better writing, fights, characters and animation than pretty much any DBZ arc.

DBZs writing is vastly underrated. You need to rewatch the Frieza saga. DBZ writing at its best.
Like I said, I like MP100, but its not going to go down as one of the greats.

That's the worst major anime Gainax ever made
Gainax in their prime is my favorite anime studio but that show was over-the-top in an uncontrolled manner. A lot of animes pulled off what TTGL wanted to do but better

What animes did gainax make? They made the evangelion series, panty & stocking with garterbelt, FLCL, Nadia: the secret of blue water and more. A lot of their talent went to studio trigger though, and they mostly just animate a lot of manga adaptations these days

Trigger made kill la kill and the new anime darling in the franxx.

A lot of animes from both studios are over the top (franxx, blue water, and eva are the only ones with any chill) as well as anime from other studios such as hellsing and jojos bizarre adventure

Imo TTGL is a good one-and-done anime but if you intend to watch a lot of shyt its not that nice I'd rather watch/recommend any other anime I listed

Only anime I watch is the Dragon Ball series (original, Z, GT, and Super - yea, I liked GT). Could never get into the other shows, though. My cousin loves all that, though. Every time I bring up dragon ball, he goes on and on about there’s more anime than just DB
