Tbh, call me a square or lame, whatever but I legit don't understand how people still pickup the habit of cigarettes these days, as a guy who's not mid thirties.

Like, tv did all it could to tell us that smoking will kill you, but somehow, people still do it.

You can go all around this country and count the amount of black men working in the trades on your hand and most cities. How many licensed plumbers and electricians are there out there?

With black women you rarely see any black nurses these days. In fact and some places here in the South you won't see black women working and doctors offices or anything like that. You just have black women working at fast-food places like McDonald's and Popeyes.

I moved here from Fl. You'll see some black women that are CNAs but you rarely see black women as registered nurses. There are some but they are just not that plentiful.

Nah everyone doesnt have the same opportunities. That is an illusion, and a lie that they tell to Americans that every man is created equal.

If you are poor, uneducated, and have little to no business savvy then there is not a whole lot out there for you regardless of race. These are the type of people that end up working dead end jobs making low wages for someone else for the entirety of their lifetime.

It is easier for poor Whites than poor Blacks, but the family you are born to and their socioeconomic situation dictates a lot about how your life will go.

There are always anomalies and exceptions to the rule, but most of the time you can look at the family and tell a lot about what the offspring are going to be and do when they get older.

If your mom and dad work at the plant then more than likely you are going to have a manufacturing type job, if they are law enforcement then more than likely the offspring will be too, if they lived from check to check then more than likely offspring will be too, if they have a family business then more than likely the offspring will eventually inherit it, etc.

There are always exceptions and some people that overcome their circumstances, but the aforementioned holds true for most.
