Let's be honest here, far too many gay people in our community are that way because of their childhood. I've talked to way too many boys and girls who feel they're gay because they were molested or raped and they grew up hating the opposite gender. Molestation runs wild in our community and it often goes unreported. Know how to fix issue like this? Stronger communities with men and woman in the householdsBlack gay men are fathers. Black lesbian women are mothers.
I agree, except with the Lupita chick.. she's about as feminine as they come. She was born with a body that isn't all exaggerated and hasn't altered her body.. so what? We get it, you don't find her attractive, but many people do... but really lemme stop because this is the type of shyt that will derailthis thread.like i said in another thread, they are shifting the standards of black people gradually every year towards ruination
they want the standard black man to be effeminate, soft spoken, submissive and pretty much a flat-out homo...that is the ideal they are moving towards in media
likewise with the women, as we've seen with the Lupita chick, they want the new standards of black women to be as unfeminine, understated and androgynous as possible to help ease the transition of black men into the life of fakkitry they have set out for us...while they are promoting black lesbianism and bedwenching under the guise of "black feminism"

Traumas? (this shapes everyone. Not just homosexuals)
Like being picked on for not being "masculine" or aggressive enough?
Like because of how they look and were treated?
Part of it. But not entirely.

they are polluting the minds of our kids and if you do nothing about it, you are part of the problemcoli gay agenda is definitely real....everyday we can expect a minimum of four to five threads on the front page about some gay sht. Sht is suspect.
I kinda agree with you on this. You think if we had stronger black families we would have so many gay men and women running around in our community?they are polluting the minds of our kids and if you do nothing about it, you are part of the problem

http://www.advocate.com/commentary/2014/01/28/op-ed-embracing-transgender-womenBlack and African-American transgender women have a 50 percent greater homicide rate than their white, Latina, and Native American counterparts and were more than three times as likely to experience police violence more than any other group, according to a 2012 report by the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs on LGBTQ and HIV Affected Hate Violence. Results from the National Transgender Discrimination Survey show that black transgender women are disproportionately discriminated against and overrepresented across multiple disparities, including poverty (34 percent earn less than $10,000 annually — twice the rate of transgender people of other races), housing (41 percent experience homelessness in their lives, and 38 percent have been refused housing because of bias), employment (26 percent unemployment rate, and 32 percent job loss due to bias), medical care (21 percent have been refused medical care due to bias), and HIV-positive status (20 percent). And half of respondents said they have had to resort to sex work and the distribution of illegal substances in order to survive.
The lack of effort to reach and represent other types of gay men has numerous consequences. For instance, take the New York Times report about Black and Latino men becoming the face of HIV. The story notes that “there has been little political pressure to focus on young gay blacks and Hispanics.” On the booming AIDS rates among minority gay men, Krishna Stone, a spokeswoman for Gay Men’s Health Crisis, lamented, “There wasn’t even an ad campaign aimed at young black men until last year — what’s that about?” Phill Wilson, president of the Black AIDS Institute in Los Angeles, added that there are “no models out there right now for reaching these men.”
The problem, though, is that there seems to be a gap in South Africa between the legal realm and the sociocultural realm. And in this gap appears the phenomenon known as "corrective" rape. Corrective rape is a phenomenon wherein a homosexual person is raped as a means of "correcting" their sexual orientation.
In South Africa, homosexuality is associated with white culture, and because of the years of apartheid rule, there exist tensions between black and white cultures in South Africa. Homophobia and violence, in the form of corrective rape, is a means to marginalize the white culture and regain a nationalistic identity that they believe was stolen from them due to years of colonization and apartheid.

They black women are to blame as well for this problem.
