To be accurate, I'm also a meso-endomorph as well. My weight is evenly distributed. People are shocked when they find out I'm heavier than my appearance indicates. People are usually 75-100lbs off when they guesstimate my weight.
It still sucks having to have to work out almost daily.... and forever because you'll blow up if you don't.
Must be nice to only have to work out 30 minutes/day(mesos) or not at all(ectos) and still be healthy and not get fat.

Apple shape here. Have to work out at least 4 days a week, and watch the carbs, but it gives me a mental boost too, so I don't mind.
I look about 20 pounds lighter than how an average woman my height and weight would look. Especially when I hit the 30's range, people always comment how I'm so slim but at my height it is usually![]()
So should i try to cut sugar 100% or cut carbs as much as i can to lose fat?

WRong fam. Carbs are easily consumed. Thats what get ppl. Grains, sugar, and starch. Carbs go down very easily.
You know going out and grtting drunk on the weekend, yiu're easiky adding at least 600 cals to ur diet that day. And if ur going hard. Could be 1200 cals.
Thats why I tell nikkas ditch the cereal in the morn. Oats are alot harddr to consume.
I'm the same size, work out 4-5 days a week (lots of cardio, some weights) and get to eat whatever the hell I want whenever I wantLol at that guy who's 6" 165 "shredded" and Im using quotes for a reason. Do you even eat lmao?
If you're going to eat badly, workout more. Do you lift?not even afraid to admit it, i just lack self control.
yesterday for example...
brought 2 turkey ham on whole wheat sandwiches with me to work. one was for breakfast, the other for lunch. ate them both within an hour of each other.
so for lunch i say "ima just get coffee and a bran muffin or something". walked by the vegetable rice and salmon and grabbed some of that instead
then when i leave work to head to the gym around 4pm, i felt a little bit of hunger so i grabbed up 3 little mozzarella sticks
i went to the gym and im on week 5 of the couch to 5k app, so i ran 2.5 miles in 31 minutes which isnt so bad for somebody who doesnt like to run...
but then i went home and ate rice and macaroni salad for dinner
i aint shyt when it comes to dieting. i could work out with the best of them, but i love food too much.
