This is retarded.

Fat has 9 calories per gram.

Sugar has 4.

People eat too much fat if they are fat.

A.k.a. ANIMAL PRODUCTS.

Sugar is what our brain needs, otherwise we're not properly functioning.

She's sexy @ 7:58 :lupe:

After working as a personal trainer and still having two PT cents active despite not being in the field this is not true at all

The 9 cal and 4 cal thing is but how your body metabolizes that is a different story

Fat content isn't what makes you fat most of the time breh

not even afraid to admit it, i just lack self control.

yesterday for example...

brought 2 turkey ham on whole wheat sandwiches with me to work. one was for breakfast, the other for lunch. ate them both within an hour of each other.

so for lunch i say "ima just get coffee and a bran muffin or something". walked by the vegetable rice and salmon and grabbed some of that instead :beli:

then when i leave work to head to the gym around 4pm, i felt a little bit of hunger so i grabbed up 3 little mozzarella sticks :beli:

i went to the gym and im on week 5 of the couch to 5k app, so i ran 2.5 miles in 31 minutes which isnt so bad for somebody who doesnt like to run...

but then i went home and ate rice and macaroni salad for dinner :beli:

i aint shyt when it comes to dieting. i could work out with the best of them, but i love food too much.
You ran after eating fried cheese sticks?

Cutting sugar completely from your diet is next to impossible. What needs to happen is you need to reduce your daily carb caloric intake, especially the complex carbohydrates. Potatoes and rice(shyt that grows naturally without much modification) are examples of simple carbs which are healthier, provided, you don't add bunches of oil, butter, salt or pepper. Cooked breads and pasta(shyt that requires oil and flour) are examples complex carbs... which should only be consumed in small quantities or avoided at all costs.

Carbs help maintain the body's energy levels and prevents the body from daily and long-starvation. Let's say you have an daily caloric intake of 1800g... and roughly 40-50% of the food you consume daily is pizza, hamburgers, fried chicken, fried eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits or regular bread, Kool-aid, sodas and tea....

Massive oil, flour, artificial sugar (complex carb) and protein overload... all this without the fruits(which also turn into sugar when ingested) and vegetables needed in your diet to keep your body running at an optimum level... which one can assume(and perhaps, generalize) that people that eat this shyt daily aren't worried about fruits, vegetables water or exercise.

That's how you get fat... and endomorphs are the most susceptible. Eventually it'll catch up to ectos and mesos.

You got your simple and complex confused

Simple is things like pasta, white bread, white rice, sugars, etc

Complex is the type of carb you want, sweet potatoes, brown rice, veggies, etc

yea i lift on top of the running. i have lost some weight and gotten a little stronger but im not losing at the rate i want to because of my mouth :shaq2:
Don't sweat it too much, just keep exercising. Try doing a day on(clean/healthy eating) and a day off(eating whatever). Then you can build up to two days on, one day off, etc.

I've developed so much anxiety around diet that I've stopped caring WHAT I eat and focus more on HOW MUCH I'm eating. I rely a lot on my scale and measuring cups. I cut one pizza slice in two. So two slices seem like four in my mind. Not being afraid to throw away food if I'm too full to finish either.
