Why aren’t libertarians talking about Ferguson?

I get your point but right and left should be outraged. I haven't heard much about this from either side. This kids death and fallout from it shouldnt be about the left scoring points at the expense of the right.
dems dont want to lose their support from public unions tho
MSNBC was down there in the shyt though. I got my livestream of the teargas and shyt from them just a minute ago
I see what you're saying, but these sort of issues touchy, and you cant just run off at the mouth like you can on state provision. A young man lost his life.
That said, I expect Rand and others to come forward soon.
Hopefully. This is one of the things I like about Libertarians on paper, civil liberties. I say with all honesty that I'm disappointed that a big Libertarian voice (besides Reason) hasn't taken this as an opportunity to speak on racial inequality in the justice system and militarization of the police. If you genuinely care about these things, this incident is a goldmine for people who fear both.
Personally I think libertarians should use this to go hard body at police unions(ostensibly) 
It would help African American relations, while diminishing the perception of unions to the public.
If executed properly, some on the left would have no choice but to defend the police unions, and that may change the game.

Federal grants drive police militarization, so its not purely a "state issue"... but to be honest i dont think the tool used by the govt. to execute civilians matters that much.

the only libertarians that care, and at this point, this is only theoretical, and that is the ideological part (ie reason), a small portion of the fringe conspiratorial types, and maybe some urban 2nd amendment advocates. everybody else essentially understands that they either are cacs or work for cacs. you cant cling hard to "states rights" and the right to discriminate in public without having lots of actual racists and unfortunate uncle ruckus types behind this ideology. not saying those values themselves are a sign that you are racist, but that those values do attract racists for obvious reasons. without it being said, everybody knew why this would not get much sympathy from libertarians in any notable way.
also, many on the libertarian spectrum are not pure in their principles. many actually like it when government and unions are used against people of color. even though cliven feels the feds have no authority over him, he did say that they should be on the border keeping mexicans out. lots of people want to have their cake and eat it too.
