I think there's something wrong when re taxes on a 10 million dollar brownstone are around 10k a year and and taxes on a tens of million dollar condo are 20k a year.
Taxes are really low in the city overall. I don't think we should be subsidizing the rich who can pay for it. The tax code needs to be reworked. Not to overtax people or to the detriment of others or just to do it but to hold people with pied a terres worth tens of millions of dollars to a market standard seems proper as the city is facing a housing crisis.
Super wealthy are leaving Westchester etc and back into the city bc of the property taxes.
oh to fukk a chick up against those windows from behind so we can both enjoy the view. that's my goal brehs, that kinda spot.

you might be right. but i'll still keep the dream alive so it can be a regular thing as opposed to just a one off.
