The cause of our protest always gets integrated and co-opted.
Immigrants mostly built coalitions with white people and excluded Black Americans. But now that they need us we're nowhere to be found. They would need to purposely try and build bridges with us but their two arrogant for that.
The US public in general has kind of soured on immigration after the Biden border debacle. Sentiment may swing back after the Trump ICE deportation overreach. But it would still require immigrants to stop being so insular. Which they probably aren't capable of doing.

We are not out there protesting, because the game plan by Trump is to use us as the reason why he needs to institute Martial Law. The other groups are not coordinated enough nor have the numbers to give him what he needs to justify doing it. If we stay out of it, let them deal with the mess they created (every other group but us), then his pathway to what he wants is neutered.
So, I suggest our people do not run out to be martyrs for groups of people who in general could not give a damn about us. While also not allowing ourselves to be the very tool Trump needs to accomplish what he wants, by using the Insurrection Act. Well at least until Congress strips him of that power, which seems to be no time soon.
