It’s not Houston Rocket science, black people simply have less of an affinity for undercooked or raw meat. It’s deeper than steak, it applies to fish/sushi, chicken etc… White people are inherently more risky when it comes to nature. Like who do you think was the main people discovering what cheeses, mushrooms, plants, etc…. were safe to eat? White people of course.
