Agree on the general apprehension to undercooked meat. When I go out with friends for sushi it’s either the cooked, vegetarian, or deep fried rolls.

I'm not even getting into that discussion my views on well done steaks and their consumers are


However....this year i have come to learn the hand that deals the steak is just as important as how rare the steak is. In Southern Africa as I was given a medium well steak when I ordered medium rare. Normally I would have sent it back with the aforementioned on my face but man...they put their soul into the flavor of that steak. Finished the whole steak and left a considerable tip (I dont tip like that ).

But yeah well done steaks

Like I said....these people dont know real cooks...who the fukk would tolerate a dry well done steak? They dont know how to brine or marinate meat? Thats why I dint eat turkey for Thanksgiving..all these spots got dry ass turkey...thats no good....

there's no way a well done steak can taste good. the only reason I ate that shyt when I was younger is cuz my momma didn't know better and neither did I. this is also why I didn't really like steak like that until well into adulthood.
