What she said is true, a lot of people are influenced by whom they desire to have attention from. This goes for men and women. The prevelant paradigm has an effect on how many people navigate their lives, and so if the paradigm is changed then many people will change along with it.
Many people are running on autopilot, following a track that was placed in front of them by their predecessors. Few will stop and think, "is this the best path for me", but instead just do what was done before them. So to change what that large grouping of people are doing for the better, the entire paradigm they are following now needs to be struck down and a new one put in its place.
Changing a paradigm held by many people takes a lot of influence though, and I believe quite frankly the PTB rather these debased paradigms remain in place. It is easier to control groups of people, when you have them chained to their emotional impulses. It is why we see those who are champions of the debased paradigms held up in high regard by the PTB and given platforms to promote the negative paradigms, even when those champions refrain from living their lives along the dictates of the paradigm themselves.
