Capitalism without ethics is doomed for failure. Its OK to be a black millionaire, that made their money the right way while PAYING THEIR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE, and still drive a Honda Accord.

But the problem is that MATERIALISM gets in the way and everyone else gets into your ear as a successful business person, and say shyt like "STUNT. ON. THESE. nikkaZ." to drive the latest Benz.

We care too much about "ethics" and "righteousness" instead of Domination. That is our problem

From what I’ve noticed it wouldn’t hurt a lot of these businesses to send someone in the family to go to school and get a marketing degree/mba so they can effectively maximize their reach and profit. I see so many inefficiencies with our owned businesses that I know could be better if they just had a little help.

That and we have access to so much information. It’s kind of crazy that you could actually create a successful business by taking all of the normal complaints people have and doing the opposite to satisfy them.

The other side of things is recognizing just because someone likes to cook doesn’t mean they are good at business. The same way someone good at business might not be a good cook. People need to realize their skill sets and what they are capable of. Either increase your skills or hire someone that can help where you are deficient.

2. Good customer service comes from a certain amount of humility. You’re SERVING other people. We don’t have that humility bc our entire culture is built on stunting and ‘aaa haaa you broke’. So our people serve begrudgingly (and sometimes we make it worse bc we do look down on people who serve)

3. Gender wars. Women spend all day injesting poison. Then when they go to that job they’re doing begrudgingly they see the opp they been reading about and detesting and it manifests. THATS why black woemn are the fuking worst at customer service they don’t even wanna say hi first

Just add value to your customer whether that's a service and good in addition to wide appeal. It is a country of 320 million people and those businesses should see that as the potential market. Find areas of growth to increase revenue and become efficient to reduce costs and therefore increase margins.
Black businesses need to understand how to maximize the value of their businesses and that comes from adding value to the customer's experience.

It's really that simple. Making it difficult for people to order (hospitality/restaurant), having bad service etc... do not add value to customers therefore does not add value to your business.

I live in Atlanta. My realtor was black, broker black, pest control black, handy man black, lawn guy black, car wash black (switched to my Honduran brothers though), camera system was black, therapist black (actually called trap therapy) and I might be missing a service or two. (Plumber was a c00n but that’s another story. Uncle Rukus type).

All had great customer service, was on time, and set expectations. I think the food service industry just attract trash owners who don’t train their employees.

I’m still not paying $50 for a haircut though, they can kiss my… I digress.

Watched 8 seconds. I'm tired of people reporting a narrative that isn't true. Blacks support black businesses all the time. If those businesses suck or not operated correctly, they fail like any other business. I do find interesting why no one ever reports why don't we see a line of whites, asians, hispanics lining up to patronize black businesses like we do theirs.
