the upside down e is called a schwa.

Its a center vowel that does not equate directly to any vowels that we have in the English language. The closest thing would be the sound that the u makes in the word "putt".

I was listening to some Drake and this nikka said "Party just dipped off in a white Porsch. The fukk is a "Porsch"? It's pronounced "Porsch-eh."

The German way to say it would be more like Porsh-eh with the emphasis on the first syllable. It's a German family name, so there is actually a correct way to pronounce it

Slowly pronounce the word Por-sheh. Not Porsch, nor Porshe-ah

Even the video discription of that video say Porsche, in German, is pronounced with the subtle "eh", not "uh" at the end.
