You're right but anyone with life experience knows the growth between 18-21 is really what defines how you'll enter adulthood. If I reviewed your resume which said "grew up the same place, never went anywhere, stayed the same place his whole life" (just as an example, I mean no disrespect, some people are born in places that are worth staying) vs. "moved many places, had to establish and re-establish himself to new surroundings and environments" . . which is the more admirable look?
Also don't forget prenatal Pac who was being held in the stressful environment of a young woman's body who was dealing with the stress of incarceration and court proceedings . . there's been studies that say high-stress pregnancies directly affect the chemistry make-up of the baby and has been linked to a possible association with bi-polar disorder . . you can imagine how such stress would affect a young embryo
I'm not gonna disagree with you. I just know Cali nikkas don't let other nikkas slide with that shyt. Not being from the town and claiming it. They quick to ask a nikka "what middle school u went to" "where ya grandma live AT" they gave this nikka a pass they don't usually give because he captivated them. Round these parts you don't claim the town if you 17 and 8 months and moved here

...he earned his pass and had it while he was alive, and he repped it
.
...meanwhile Pac doin tracks wit Nas downplaying the east west beef and everybody involved like the east aint have that azz whuppin comin
...Dre picked sides by being on the fence.
?....Yall lookin at Dre as if his name held the weight it does today,he was respected but end of the day he's a great producer and that's it,he wasn't looked at the same back then. It takes a long time for a producer to be held in the esteem Dre is today....same way a NBA coach gotta be great for much longer than a player does to earn that level of respect from fans....Dre wasn't always Larry Brown, and he was never and will never be Iverson
