I am not speaking on behalf of God and taking a crack at it. I will find out an answer from someone who’s more spiritually in-depth.

Maybe all things God created were meant to be good but turned bad and evil. Just because it turned bad and/or evil doesn’t nullifies that He created it. It’s a guess because I’m a new Christian.
