Will Smith at that time had come from nothing had a successful music career almost went bankrupt bounced back with an acting career became a blockbuster A list actor and is a family man, not to take anything from Eminem rapping ability but why was that allowed? And would we allow today someone like Slim Jesus or a Yelawolf to diss someone like lets say David Banner?

Breh, that album he said that shyt on was the fastest selling album in the history of american music at that time, no one was stepping to em successfully in any way, shape or form, or they would be run the fukk over by the machine. And what do you mean would we allow someone like slim jesus or yelawolf to diss david banner? You want me to kill slim jesus or yelawolf for david banner? or you want me to cry on the internet like a fake coli militant

Because today's rap game consisting of mostly strip club music and simping over strippers is so conscious :stopitslime:

For every Kendrick/J Cole album there's like 50 other albums designed for strip clubs.
Meaning the black teens-young adults on social media.. Iggy was forced out of hip hop and she's never even said anything offensive on her records. Granted, Eminem is much, much more talented than her but if black women had a problem with Iggy rapping I'm sure they would have caused a storm over the white guy who made a song bashing black women.

Will went back at him pretty hard, he's a grown man who's more succesful than Eminem - he doesn't really need people to "allow" someone to go at him.

Plus, as much as I love the Fresh Prince - his stance against cursing in his raps looks funny in the light considering he will say whatever he needs to in movies.

Would you take offense to it if Wayne had said it? :jbhmm:
wayne said worse things and yes I was offended
in their slander of eminem people would often cite will smith as an example of positive rap music.

sort of like how back in the day people would target richord pryor and eddie murphy and say things like "why can't they be more like cosby".

it was more of a diss to the critics he was making fun of, not will smith.
make sense I didnt sww it that way :ohhh:
Because Em was huge at that point. He was not gonna be stopped by salty fake militants like the OP who were not gonna buy his music in the first place :yeshrug:
Why do I have to be a militant I was just asking a question :mjlol:

Why did we allow feminem to talk shyt about black women thats what im wondering:jbhmm:

Benzino fukked that with his bias ass :francis:
Will Smith went on a rant at an award show sayin he ain't gotta cuss to sell records or whatever. Eminem just responded to said rant.
was it the 98 grammy case I cant find that :ohhh:
