My mom died in 2015 I lost everything and got locked up but before she passed she got into it with my brother's wife and she pushed my mom down been fukk her forever my brother gets my moms settlement money and doesn't give me a dime and then its been the same off and on then I told his wife that they son my nephew gonna end up sucking dik and that my brother was cheating on her with the Puerto Rican he have only seen each other probably 10 times in the last 15 years and last time I saw my brother was 2022 he calls every blue moon but the love has vanished

Short ass backstory: papa was a rolling stone. So usually, half-siblings dont be close unless they was raised together. don't need to say anymore on that tidbit.
Anyways, our (my) dad passed away this year and I had to do the whole funeral (my aunt probably would've done it otherwise..but our uncle died 2 weeks before my dad's death...so naturally, it would fall on me - which was no issue since I was the closest to him).
So, I went out of my way to get everyone's thoughts and what not on the funeral, what dad's wishes was, and so forth.
Long ass story short (as I can get it): my aunt made a statement in thengroup chat saying "Sassy shouldn't have to fork in the cash for the funeral bill alone." Mind you, my aunt's tone wasn't rude in anyway. My sister for some reason took offense to this and basically popped some shyt about how my aunt and dad's side of the family should pay for dad's funeral...nevermind our uncle died 2 weeks before him!
So I'm cool on the chat cause I was already stressed. a few weeks later, hit up my sister and asked her personally if she was going to help pay or not (she said yes when I asked her before). And then she basically said no (also said no on bros behalf) and repeated what she had stated to our aunt in the group chat.
And that's when I started to side eye her and her brother...cause why tf you didn't just say so from the beginning instead of flip flopping like a fukking magikarp?
That nail in the coffin was when neither her nor our (her) brother showed up to his vet funeral...which wouldn't have been a problem except...they never gave me a heads up stating as such. and I was the only one there at the vet funeral (aunt couldn't make it for obvious reasons, my oldest brother had to have surgery on his foot).
And you know what makes it so fukking bad? The funeral was literally 4 hours away in the next city from where they live...like yall couldn't even spare 4 fukking HOURS to see him IN THE SAME DAMN STATE. I literally had to fly from another state to attend and do the funeral..but you couldn't even spare 4 hours...
So with all of that said, I don't care to have a relationship with these 2 cowards. Or if I ever talk to them again. I made peace and amends with the one person I needed to (my father) and honestly? I'm happy and grateful I was able to before he passed.

only child, but i get this. my grandfather got dementia bad before he passed. and with my grandmother dying while he was going through this, he felt alone and lost. at my grandmothers funeral, my moms oldest sister told her daughters(who were living with her grandparents that if they needed her help to call her and she be there as soon as she could. time came where my grandpa was getting really bad and they asked her for help, and she told them she couldnt because her then boyfriend was sick. so i helped in her stead. listening to him talk about friends and family like they were still with us was heartbreaking. that shyt is beyond stressful and going through that alone, i can imagine going scorched earth on people

me and my siblings are tight, except our oldest who refuses to act his age. we all tolerate him but that's about it.
our elderly father got sick summer of 2023 and I have been mostly his primary caregiver, the rest of my siblings help out though.
whenever my old man is hospitalized, I have to stay with him meanwhile the oldest is somewhere partying.

Planned an intervention for my youngest sister to stop her from pursuing a fat dude that used to be my homeboy that got back with his wife; ^^^then the above timelineMannnnn...I'll try to do a quick summary
- Planned an intervention with my other sister immediately
- Intervention turned completely sideways:
- I tell my sister she's being dumb as hell
- Youngest sister basically was like "you're not my dad" & "my man & I are good"
- Dude was apparently still entertaining/lying to my sister even though he got back with his wife
- My other sister didn't think it was that serious/moreso thought it was funny
- I tell my sisters how ratchet/bad they're being and it turns into a horrible argument. Both my sisters end up saying stuff that I still haven't forgiven them for
- I block both my sisters that night and haven't spoken to either in a year+; Also let it be known that if I ever run into them that one of us is going into the hospital
- Month later, dude's wife posts on Facebook that they're back together and any other woman need to step away
- Big messy online argument happens between the wife and my sisters
- Most of the women on my mom's side including my mom, aunt, cousins, etc. do a 2nd intervention and get my sister to give up on the relationship
- Shortly after this, my youngest sister loses custody of her son to the dad and his family. Only seen my nephew twice since then.
- My other sister realizes how dumb our youngest sister is and how bad things are now so she wants to apologize through our mom
- I tell our mom to let both of her daughters know if I ever run into them again, they're going into the hospital
- My youngest sister tries one more time with the dude. She pops up at some party she thought he was gonna be at. He doesn't show, she spazzes on social media. He ignores her.
- She's been moping about the relationship since. And that's pretty much it.
I still got a sinking feeling that my youngest sister is going to end up like this story.
