Franchise is booty butt cheeks. N1ggas still losing on ring outs lol. What's up with that weird ass announcer voice talking in Bullchit cryptic poetry riddles , dawg this aint open mic night . Had to resort to bringing in gimmick characters to keep people interested in the series like Spawn and Link. Plus their characters are not nearly as memorable as other more prominent series for people to latch on too. I mean other franchises have Ryu, Akuma,Scorpion,Sub Zero, Jin, heihachi..what they got Kilik and Voldo :mjlol:

I think it's the lack of any progressive design? Not sure if that's the right term, but one of the main reasons I never fukked with it is the game used the same stock animations from the first game. shyt like that drives me crazy and looks ugly as fukk.
Plus I ain't really checking for dumb weeabo anime designed characters anymore. That shyt was cool back in the day but I need s bit more maturity in my games now.

I remember I used to go online with Taki and beat dudes who were like 235-10. And I had no idea what I was doing.

I didn't like SCV and that F2P Lost Swords was a complete piece of shyt that harmed the brand.

I'm just a casual fan, but personally I stopped caring after 2 because the game just got uglier. Somewhere along the way, the design went from beautiful and (somewhat) classy, to dark and over the top. I was looking at one of the newer games and a lot of the character's designs just have too much going on.

I dunno but SC 3 had the best custom characterization for fighting games.

In s4 they took away the ability to create big asses
never underestimate mowgli to convey useless information

SCV was a flop. It was released in a terrible state (basically 50% complete). If I remember correctly the tsunami in Japan really fukked up development of that game. Also they took away a bunch of fan favorite characters and if we learned anything from Street Fighter Third Strike, that's a big no no. People want fresh characters in their fighting games but what they really want is their favorite characters in the game.

I think SCVI is gonna be a nice recovery for the series. It won't be Street Fighter/ MKX/ Tekken popular, but it'll be okay.

It's so tough to find the right balance..like you need the original characters or it won't feel like it's part of the series but then you need new people to make it feel like a new game. How do you do it right without having a 100 man roster with any fighting game. Then if you make likable new characters the public will be fighting to have them in newer versions , thus taking up spots.
