That 2006 team was the biggest surprise to win the title in my opinion next to the 2004 Pistons.

I remember thinking that they are not gonna beat the Mavs. I thought the 2005 team the year before was more talented then the '06 team.

The '06 team was filled with veterans and a young star that went ape shyt in the Finals..

But they celebrated way too much after that title.

I lived in Miami during that time.

They went hard on that South Beach shyt..

That Bulls series had to be the most annoying series ever for Heat fan. Them nigguh beat Chicago with jump shoooting. They were getting to paint or nothin. Hinrich had his best series and season ever. Him and Gordon was just pulling up hitting shot after shot. And its not like they were uncontested. I remember thinking outright they gotta go through a dry spell at some point. I bet even Bulls fans were thinking aint no way we going keep hitting these shots all season.

off subject but Eddie Jones got to be one of the most "unlucky" players, doing his thing in LA till Kobe came, then out of Miami to make space for Wade, then...Charlotte?
