Why didn't they just release the OG versions of songs for Pac's posthumous albums?

the only remakes that potentially had better beats than the og's were the jazze pha(i can't stand this dude either) fair exchange remix, and why u wanna turn on me. it's crazy to see how 2pac would make 3 or 4 different versions of the same track and have them all come out dope. i know he did that w/ secretz of war, thugz get lonely too, runnin, and a good amount of others i can't remember off the top of my head. here's the best og collection i've ever seen and it has 18 discs to it. hopefully all the links still work because i downloaded them awhile b4 i shared them here for the first time:
http://thedeathrowrecords.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/gho5t-presents-2pac-original-albumz.html
supposedly this collection goes up to 21 discs, but i haven't been able to find the other 3...
here's one of my fav unreleased 2pac tracks too:

it's titled tongue kissin and i guess this is basically the song that turned into are u still down with jon b?
or pac just flipped it on his own? anyway. i don't think that one is included with that collection and it was one of the more recent leaks that i had kept up with. i'm still waiting on that og remix of when we ride on our enemies w/ the outlawz. i'm just interested to see who they diss in it?:lolbron:

In my opinion, they didn't release them because:

1) they thought they were "smart" and wanted to capture new fans with "updated" beats. Turned out to be a fukking terrible idea
2) Contract disputes and/or samples
3) Afeni (I ain't gonna say why, outta respect, but you know...)
4) Suge being in jail for too long

I think Afeni has a lot to do with it though. She wanted too much control. Yes, she is his mother, but, she kinda fukked up with releasing shyt. Giving Afeni half of the rights, was the right thing to do, but was bad for his music...

Like homie said in here earlier 98-00 in high school shyt stayed on repeat. And wasn't a fun task having to dl all that fake pac unreleased shyt on napster and having to hit delete after hours on 56k haha.

ill drop my favorites. These get me hyped

Some remixes were dope, but songs like these up here...:myman:

i perfer the original music over the remix bullshyt any day of the week the the only thing though is these songs need to be probably mixed and mastered like any other pac album that pac released while he was breathin.
