Good music crosses all boundaries... Race included. That clown music is just that... For clowns and totally unrelatable as music and subculture included to black folk. They should be mentioned. Eightball & MJG actually have a great catalog. The only sub-par album I've heard from them is the second album they dropped on Bad Boy. Even though that album wasn't all that good, I still think Bad Boy was a good move for them. Livin Legends was a solid effort and their song on Diddy's The Saga Continues is one of their best.
Not only did Eightball & MJG put out some great music as a duo, their solo material was quality too. They even had soundtrack songs that were up there with some of their best. Eightball was a great storyteller. Before people were saying Ross was the Southern Biggie, it was Eightball that people were sying that about.
