It’s not about me it’s about technical competence of those who watch the films and then award them. So yea this is about awards. Whatever field you’re in I’m sure you can look at something and see something that the untrained eye will not see. Movies aren’t just fun they are technically made by experts. They’re studied in universities. They are given respect as complex art forms. They’re made by experts. I’m saying what the experts who review and award the movies see might go over all of our heads.
