Man I'm a 90s baby but one thing I will give 80s and early 90s rappers credit for is knowing how to rock a crowd... Watch a video of young LL or Wu or Pac. Dude's really don't care about the craft of "performing."

Nah actually what he is saying is true. White parties are much looser and fun. People actually let loose without worrying about looking cool.
Back back to the OP, do you check out shows with an older crowd? I feel like a younger crowd is more likely to act too cool to have fun. I went to the Cube/PBE, Mobb Deep and Goodie Mob shows and everyone was going crazy. Also Rock the Bells from last year had good crowd participation.

I will admit I am part of this problem. I feel like I am too good/bougie to get hype at any concert.... I know it takes away from being at the concert at the first place but most artist aren't that hype to begin with. Why would I show my ass when all most rappers do is have there dj's hit play on their iTunes and don't even mime the words they just jump up and down with there entourage (keef, rocky, etc). Cuban saying fazion love told me "if they pretend to pay us we pretend to work.

this nikka happy he a clownthe color of people doesnt matter...i've been to shows with mostly black crowds that were crunk as shyt; some shows they werent...but the same goes for shows where the crowd was mostly white/non black: some shows they were crunk, some they werent...if anything, age is more a factor than race...
