I'd rather have to change an alternator (myself) than drive a 26 year old car. God forbid you get into an accident. And a lot of brands have come a long way reliability wise Wifey has had a Volkswagen and drives a Lincoln now.... no problems

I can't stay in 1 car for 10 years, shyt is agony.

I don’t see why nikkas get a new car every 5-6 years when you can perform maintenance and keep it running 10+

Maybe it’s just cuz I come from a family of mechanics We ride shyt in my fam til the wheels fall off.

Meanwhile my mom 2015 Chrysler shuts off on the highway and has a leaky trans. You can keep ya new cars. Tryna get 30 years out my Camry

Idk, I couldn't have worked for years just to ride 25 year old cars as my daily car. I could see if it was some vintage, real antique valuable shyt, but a 92 Camry...fuk that. I have older cars in my yard, but they aren't my daily driver, big difference.
