@Marcozen , a lot of nationalities forget the reason why they are able to come to America and do shyt that they aren't even able to do in their own countries some times, not just Caribbean folk. It's like they forget about the sit-ins, peace rally's, marches, the fights in courts, and etc., that Black Americans went through just so muthafukkas can eat at the same restaurants together at the very least.
So they come here and act snobby/snooty like a CAC dude would... some even looking up to CAC. It's kinda time that Black Americans realize what our people went through and did for America also...Sometimes I feel like we owe it to them to be better than the bullshyt they try to portray us as in television.
Like last night, I'm out in clubs just wandering with my dawg. Clubs where I'm at are boring and wack as fukk. FOB Asian people doing wack shyt like Buy-Me-Drinky bars or being strippers when they have the body of a 12 year old and can't dance for shyt. So some asian bytch has the nerve to think we were following just because we were walking down the same street. She stops and clutches her purse as me and my dawg just walk by barely acknowledging her but I noticed her enough. It's just sad how little respect we get out here... or that we give ourselves. This country was built on the backs of our forefathers yet EVERY culture tries to treat us like second class citizens

I know his mom got in trouble at a south beach hotel a year and a half ago for dissing the haitian valet people and calling them derogatory Haitian names, so this makes me wonder.....how true that statement is

You see this happening in the Caribbean too. Jamaicans hate Trinis, Trinis hate Haitians, Kittians hate Bajans etc. etc. etc.And what do any of those foods have to do with African Americans? In that very post you're talking about black Americans and bigging up the music you "created" and then proceed to list a bunch of food that has nothing to do with black Americans. This whole thread is silly since being Caribbean and a black American isn't mutually exclusive and arguments like this are just another in a long line of black people finding any reason to shyt on each other, but this is the coli so it's to be expected
