Instead of getting wrapped up in labels and "hating", black people should do very simple things:
1) Stop supporting businesses from people who don't give blacks jobs. All these Asian, Indian, Latino businesses....stop giving them your money.
2) Start/support black businesses
3) educate your people on how white supremacy works in this country
