Nothing is guaranteed in football. Injuries happen, free agency, teams adjust to you by studying you in the off season and coaching and coordinator changes.




You would think that 4-12 season after that playoff run in 2014 would humble them but nah.

They will still talk shyt. their fanbase are the worst.

Because our fan base are the one saying this? Many fans from different teams have said Dallas has a bright future including Packer fans. So why just think it's only Dallas fans saying it?

It will get harder. As long as they continue to draft better and the young guys improve, they'll be aight. But there is a reason no rookie qb has ever won a super bowl.

They just lost a brutal home game off a bye with homefield throughout the NFC playoffs, let them grieve.

I will say that it takes a lot of effort just to get back to this point. All offseason, OTAs, minicamps, preseason, a long 16 game schedule, winning enough games to get a bye... a lot of things have to go your way. No major injuries, continued growth from your young guys, it's not a guarantee.

The best part is that they figured out Dak can be their QB for the next 10 years. Most of the year they didn't ask Dak to do much, but down 18, they asked him to do a lot and he delivered. A lot of respect for that kid

carolina and denver didn't fall off...they had a down year due having huge holes at vital positions

the niners didn't have a bright future either...our best players were older and on the down slope of their careers

im all for hating on the bumboys but they just went 13-3 with a trash defense and will probably be even better next year if they draft well since it will be loaded with defensive prospects

because it is. I understand that there is nothing guaranteed in the NFL because teams rise and fall rapidly but you'd be a fool to not see that after years of mediocrity Dallas finally has something here. That core is less than 30 and it got to 13-3 being led by 2 rookies. They have time to grow. Zeke behind that line will still flourish. Hell, any RB put back there will. Everyone on the O Line is less that 30 with the exception of Free, but there's 2 players capable of taking his spot. Dak is the wildcard, but he's on the right track and he already proved alot of people wrong. He isn't some game manager, he's legit. The pieces are there and will be for a while

This is like looking at the 91 Cowboys, 04 Steelers and 12 Seahawks and saying "these guys will never be back, its over"
