I actually can.
I want people to live life by my standards.
They don't have to, obviously. If they chose not to work out and they fall out of shape, that's them, but they can't cry to end fat-shaming when it is their choice to be fat (barring genetic, mental, and physical conditions that stop them from losing, or maintaining weight.)
