Why Do I Feel Like My Coworkers Are Trying To Get Me Fired?

I don't get it, are these people adults? What do you do about it, send chain mail to employees that tell them to address your directly if they have a problem, or just keep it moving?

I just keep to myself and am only open to people I know I'm cool with. I dream of the day I can quit my job and see some of these people outside of work, but until then the best idea is to play the the roll and remain neutral with everyone
