
A few days ago for example I had a simple McDonald's breakfast at 9am and I didn't eat again till 3pm when I had Coke, 2 kick chicken and potato chips. In the evening I had more Coke and some rice. Pure junk food.
Yesterday I decided to eat healthy and here's what I had:
8am
Oatmeal with milk
2scoop protein shake
Cashew nuts
12pm
Brown rice, chicken and veggies
3pm
3 eggs
Veggies
6pm
Can of salmon
Avocado
8:30pm
3 scoops protein shake
Peanut butter
I also had some oranges, and a banana.
Now this is apparently more healthy, right? and way more food than when I was eating junk yet I'm constantly starving and I keep looking at the time waiting for my next meal

I've put this all on fitnesspal and I'm eating 2300 calories a day weighing 205lbs. Can anyone tell me what the fukk I'm doing wrong?
