Why do Jamaicans have the worst costumer service ?

I habe always had good experience with them. They always treat me like a king. You come in and be cool and they will try their best to make you happy. Hell there was a girl who always threw in a few extra dumplings my way. Golden Krust in Kissimee has also been my spot. Opens at 7 and food is fresh and we'll cooked. I can never forget the oxtail I picked up at 8 AM. Bunch of yams and cabbage.

However I found some Haitian spots that killed the cooking. Also the Haitians be mad cool with a felllow Haitian. K rather deal with and support my Black owned businesses.

My advice is always go there with an open mind and be cool.

You in Florida right? I think in general they are much ruder in New York and the East Coast at large. Seem to less moody being in a more tropical state. Here in New York they super miserable.

Soon as you go in there its like 3 Nigerian dudes mean mugging and shiiit.

Nah I'd say Italians at those authentic Italian restaurants.
It's always some greasy looking short dude with a nasty attitude barking orders at people and impatient with the customers. Always talm bout his family in NY.

We don't give a damn...get that red sauce and STFU Luigi.

They have a no Phone policy. It cant even be at the table. And your coat has to go at coat check no
Matter what. And he will bark at you with the quickness.

Carribbean spots irrespective of which country are pretty bad BUT Nigerians got them beat went to a Nigerian spot on Sunday night where they only ONE guy handling the bar taking orders and handling the cash.

I felt sorry for the dude because he was young mid 20s and had to deal with the wrath of African elders complaining about the service and not getting the order right lol and you know culturally young Africans dont talk back to elders. Went to an African lounge once went to the bathroom and looked at the sink and these fools had DAWN dish soap to wash your hands.

The only ethnic spots I have gone to with top notch customer service were Ethiopian restaurants in DC but I guess they have no option because they cater to a wider crowd and tourists are in those heavy.

You gotta squeeze as much efficiency out of employees as possible with a restaurant

I love my peoples, but one of the most ignorant things I ever witnessed played out like this:

Cousin: "I want stew peas, but no rice, cause I don't want those cabs"
Dutty Gal: "I dont sell stew peas alone, it comes with rice"
Cousin: "That's cool, I'll pay the same price, I don't want no rice"
Dutty Gal: "yuh deaf, we dont sell stew peas without rice"
Cousin: "I hear you, I don't want any rice as I won't be eating, so give me just the stew peas and I'LL PAY THE SAME MONEY"
Dutty Gal: "We nuh sell stew peas suh"
Cousin "Give me how you sell it"

Cousin now gets the stew peas with the rice, proceeds to go to the garbage bin and scrapes the rice in there

Cousin " I paid for it and I told you I don't want any rice"

Dutty Gal proceeds to get the machette, my cousin is like
