They only way they look like men is their clothes and short hair. That's not a mans body, they can't built muscle like men, their backs aren't as wide as men. Their hands are smaller than mens. They require less food than men. Their perspective isn't male. They are literally nothing like men at all. A trans man will be on test for a long time and still look like a woman. A girl who acts manly is not comparable to a man at all.

There are a lot of girls like that, but they are not lesbians. They're bisexual.
