Noble didn't rap circles around shyt on this song, at the VERY least shyt was an even race, you nikkas are just as biased in the other direction as the unreasonable "stans" you complain about.

Noble would rap circles around Em :stopitslime:

why did you say we're done, if you're not? :what:

is the gif a cac too cuz she has white skin?? :russ:

LOOK BREH, WE GET IT. A PERSON WITH PALE OR MELANIN DEFICIENT SKIN ISN"T NECESARRILY WHITE. There's nothing groundbreaking that you're adding to the argument here. I have a good friend who isn't Caucasian, he's Argentinian but he looks like a cac. It's not a secret we're not privy to. Nobody cares if you're a pale non-cac. I don't give a damn. Your hero is still weak and those that truly understand the structure of the culture know he only weakened it because that's what he was designed to do. Period.

Go praise your false idol.

EM makes shytty pop rap..no real shyt any real nikka should bump in the hood

eh, it might be shytty but is it really "pop" outside of fitting a definition based on record sales? totally agree that the bullshyt songs with Rihanna and crap like those videos of him doing silly shyt are pop records but I don't think you could play 80% of his songs on radio. For the most part it is serial killer type music. I expect that white kids who want to kill their parents listen to it.

why u mad now?

So we're not done?

I don't praise anyone but God. eminem isnt GOD... idiot. he's not MY god that I truly praise.
But all I did do was ask you why you thought he was a cac and to let you know breeded isnt a word. :manny:

If you say your good friend looks like a cac, than you dont know wtf a crakker ass crakker is son. TRUST.
and eminem is white, but he is no cac. Miley cyrus is one. so is cacclemore.
but because eminem has white skin you called him a cac. YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT BLOOD IS IN HIS VEINS.

what are you? what's in your veins?
your whole "good friend" argument is stupid bc i have dominican friends who get madddddd dark as fukk in the sun. Is it ok for people to call them NIGG3RS??

seriously. why you mad? learn something about ignorance.

Nobody looked back and noticed how TRL launched the same time Eminem did and it was basically HIS show (along with N'Sync, Backstreet, Britney and all the other POP acts?) He wasn't Hip Hop from the jump. He wasn't being played on the hip hop stations ever. He was played on popular music stations and TRL. His fans were young, white, teenage rebelious ripe consumers. They needed an idol. They needed to totally capture the white pop generation that the Beastie Boys couldn't fully do in the late 80's. But around the mid and late 90's' Hip Hop slowly began creeping in places it wasn't supposed to. Heather and Conner were becoming interested in Wu Tang more than Metallica....not all, but enough for industry heads to know that black artists influencing their perfect lily white generation might be problematic when it comes to who's asserting and influences power in the next generation. The perfect solution is an artists who looks like them, shares the same angst and rage filled thoughts as them and actually can rap! wow....what a concept. let's go find him! hurry! "

:ohhh:

and pigeonholed into some poppy sensation to cop me rotations at rock n roll stations
:dwillhuh:

You think of my name now whenever you say Hi
Became a commodity because i'm W H I-TE

:leostare:

I'd rather just listen to the songs breh. Interscopes marketing tactics don't negate his talent/artistry, even moreso when you consider how self aware he was/is on the subject and how he tied that into his music.

then ask yourself again about who he was designed to resonate to and why?

I'm not really concerned with who, he was able to do it. Especially seeing how much I personally was able to identify with without being white.

Regardless of whatever marketing scheme that interscope came up with, he still had to put himself in his life in his music and have people FEEL it. The fact that it was a lot of these people were white kids doesn't invalidate that he drew from HIS life experiences and . You act as if they had a fukking swami on payroll that foresaw his birth and made sure he was on section 8 so he could rap gud and have a story to tell.

:heh:

Nobody can, or is even trying to dispute how well he was marketed or how marketable he is/was (even his name is catchy and already attached to a popular brand), but the fact remains that the similarities between 2pac and eminem really start and end with how deeply they connected with their fans through their personal lives. Them being number 1 and 2 is no surprise, and it took a decade and a half and Lex Luthor level master plan to usurp a muthafukka that's been dead for for damn near 20.

Pac pioneered that "emo rap" shyt, not going to say he invented that angle but he propelled it forward from a time period where it wasn't that common to be putting their personal lives on wax, or having a story, or a history that pulls you into their world like his panther heritage did. I said before some old heads preferred when rappers just rapped, no back story or "this is me" shyt, but that aspect of emceeing had to come into play at some point.

Eminem picked up that torch and ran with it, and people know authenticity when they FEEL it...it's the same reason 50 came out and did crazy numbers. It didn't hurt to be associated with em, and dre and have that machine...but people were rooting for 50 as a PERSON, not just as a rapper.

Game, the self proclaimed "brown eminem" came out and did HALF just as predicted with the same team behind him for some of the same reasons, story, resonance and having a void to fill.

As for all this other shyt....write a book my nikka (real shyt) you have a talent for rambling. Not even being disrespectful with that, less you've already written one.

Problem is you said that you told me:
I have a rebuttal for all of your points that could be validated factually
You then referred me to a post that did not do that, and then shifted the argument to "You can't love hip hop and be an Eminem fan."

Why didn't he then?

He had some good songs on relapse..but his history proves other wise..every lead single since mmlp has been a stupid pop single with a stupid video..I'm sure in his heart he doesn't feel like making this type of music..it's sad really to see a human being do this to them self
