I was all the way outside summer 2004, that sounds washed

I remember leaving my high school graduation to go grab work down south in Bonita (anyone who knows SD) and playing "Shootouts" on the way back

I remember playing that terrible DJ Quik feature coming home from parties at 3:00 AM drinking corona in the car, because a girl friend loved that song for some reason when she was drunk

Playing By Your Side and Air It Out and clowning my friend about Sprint

Arguing about "Why" into the early morning hours, drunk and high and throwing shots at each other "Why they never get it popping but they party til death"

"why you aint stacking instead of trying to be fly" oh thats you

I would say personal favorite, I have memories from that summer for a lifetime.

@AMcV'88, I remember when KTGG came out, trying hard at age 15 to like listless tracks like "I'ma A Gangster" and "Crusin" just because it was Kiss and it felt like forever waiting on that album.

The first 6 tracks are 4/5, and then it gets very messy.

Jadas Got A Gun with no Aerosmith sample :deadmanny:

crazy verses though.

"fukking Or What" this is outrageously bad, and unlistenable. I can't believe how much deeply, but casually offensive music all the girls listened to with me, smoking blunts in the car and hotel beds.

"Kiss Is Spittin" is the epitome of a big label mess, how do you make that sample and Nate Dogg on the hook be such a bland and hard to finish song? I forced myself to play that all the way through back in summer 2001.

We need a another thread to list all the worst Jada cross over attempts

What a time capsule to have songs like Gettin It In with Kanye and Hot Sauce to Go in 2004

I was kid when this dropped so my perception gon be a lil different , its def classic in my eyes tho no debate

:ohhh:

Jim Jones first album dropped that same year....Now it all makes sense why u think he's lyrical. You probably thought Bow Wow was a beast too.

He aint lyrical in the sense of punchlines and wordplay , but he uses multi rhyming poetically and paints good imagery of street shyt , aint that hard to understand

I was a Jada Stan an I still wouldn't call that a classic.

Only classic Jada has is "The Champ is Here" and only because mix tapes were graded on a curve back then

Crazy that you say that cause i was listening to this all day
