I've noticed whenever people make it clear they are not followers of trends or just flat out dikk riders in general there's always a few that start acting funny style

I've never experienced that, then again, I've never said 'I don't follow trends' and prefer to just do my own thing by nature.

Those guys are too grown to be that lame.
A lot of people out here suffer back from always trying to follow the leader to be seen as being "down".
Once you out of that herd mentality, then you'll see it's childish because it doesn't guarantee social rank (or cool points for that matter) nor do it pay any bills.
I say just be yourself other fukkers on that bullshyt can die off for all I care. There's real respect out of that anyhow.
Trends are for all the sleepy heads who ain't woke up yet.
Sure, don't stop you if you feel comfortable with it like make a popular post/tweet that goes viral, rock a song cast till it plays out, wear that million dollar tailor made suit, because at the end of the day nobody cares so you should be comfortable with that my nikka.

At the end of the day no one cares about your favourite rapper or brand of juice or any of all that material item nonsense people just want to have money and be HAPPY with their families and when you see that things are motivated in a maze like that then you can navigate yourself better socially. How am I younger than the lot of you and got this much sense?
