Breh...you realize in most cases those people don't have the skills to work in many other industries, right? Since that's the case, they need to at least take pride in the little bit of skills they have and at least TRY to get shyt right. If they feel like they deserve more money then they need to increase their valueRealtalk these people don't get paid enough to give a fukk about anything. How u gon get mad at someone getting paid minimum wage flipping burgers all day. They don't get paid enough to take ur sh1t breh. Plus its McDonalds you know they gon do whatever you want to fix ur order and keep you happy. If they mess up on ur order just get it fixed and keep it movin.

Fast food isnt actually the service industry per se. And even if we put them there, they still arent the most deserving. Ask the server or bartender at a chain restaurant like Friday's if the fast food industry workers deserve tips more than them. They dont provide you a service at all.
