:dahell:nikka please, the place is called "check cashing" they go there to cash checks. Maybe they're in the chex system and cant open a bank account. Maybe they just like being able to cash their check, play their numbers, and get a pack of kools all in the same place. It really isnt that much more in fees, one overdraft fee is more than 4 cashed checks fees tho so who gives a fukk?

They charge like 6 percent I think, the more your check, the more it hurts

I ask some ppl this shyt n they always say they don't trust banks

I for one always deposit my check thru my banks atm

The percentages are small if you cash in checks under $500 (anywhere from $2 to $10) but once you over $800 they start taking $60 plus

I look at it like this, most banks now charge a flat fee to cash a check drawn from an account there. So if a back charges $6, and a check cashing charges 6%, only cashing a check for over $1,000 would make sense at a bank. I got ADP to give my employees no charge check cashing at the bank it's drawn from, cuz before my employees had to pay a $6 fee, which i think is fukked up beyond belief. It's my account, i approve of the withdrawl, so charging a fee for it is extortion in my eyes.

Edit: I didnt do the math right, it's anything over a 100. :ohhh:I need to get in the check cashing business ASAP

6%???

One overdraft fee with my bank is between $26 and $33. And 6% for me is way over $100. FUKK THAT!

My bank doesn't charge, but I see your point

Check cashing places also have fees for operating as well

A database where they store those that overdraft a lot I'm guessing.
Damn! They're checking/recording everything nowadays ::ohhh: What's next? They're gonna track how many days late you paid a bill? :wtb:
washing money. Makes it come out really clean :troll:

man I don't care if its a nominal fee. I would NEVER pay to cash my own check. hell, I won't even use foreign ATM's.

What is ChexSystems?
They store (negative) information about your banking, like if you've had overdrafts but particularly if you've had to have accounts closed. I had accounts closed at Bank of America, Suntrust, and Chase Bank as a 19-year-old. :snoop: If I could literally erase the year 2005 my life would be 92% better.

I used them a lot when I was younger. When I first started working and going to banks it was deposit the check and only take $100 out now and wait for the rest like 24/48 hours.I don't really remember.A lot of jobs give checks on Fridays. Sohh if I threw my check in the back on Friday I could only get $100 till Tuesday because sat/sun wasn't considered business hours.Monday would be the first day to clear it.Sohh, I get paid on Friday and deposit the check I wouldn't get the majority of it till Monday sometimes Tuesday.

Then some people have bad credit sohh they cant fukk with regular banks, but you fakkkit ass cacs and c00ns already knew all this, but this is just your way of telling everyone your above them when in reality your a bunch of broke bytch nikkas trying to stunt.
