I'm on advanced GVT now and I did weighted pull-ups (added 50lbs for a total of 280lbs) this morning. Only got thru 9 of the 10 sets. Strict reps thoughthis was more brutal than the deadlifts on this program

,because nobodies in there in the wee hours of the morning,and I can lift comfortably without waiting to use some equipment,but a nikka body still don't be feeling all the way warmed up,plus I never eat before a morning workout.
