Why do people hit 30 and get all depressing n shyt?

These people peaked in their 20s that’s really just it. You should never “peak” so to speak. You should always keep developing so that there really isn’t a decline.
I know a bunch of people who felt hopeless when he got elected. his election served as a reality check for some.

Its tough even in your 20s everyone has shyt they go through, debt, weight issues, bankruptcy. etc
LIFE HIT DIFFERENT AROUND 30.
My only issues are....I want to get back to my 2015 body and weight. I want a house and I lowkey want a son.
I hear u on that. physically im at my peak but no where near where i want to be financially. i want a house. im sick of these condos and apartments. i am good on kids for now.

My hairline is immaculate and im 6cert 6 fig gang so idk about this struggle. All Praises due to Allah.
They might've lived a full life already. Other than having kids and grandkids you can do everything want to or need to do before your 30.
One of my old co-workers swore by the rule of 30, he said he lived his life, traveled the world Columbia, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Australia, Japan...lived in New York. Did everything he wanted to do, then decided at 30 to settle down have 2 kids. Says if he dies at 60 he lived 2 lives, if he dies at 90 he's lived 3.
He's done everything hes wanted that this point he's just making sure his kids have a chance to do the same. The remaining stages in his life are no longer about him. I think he has grand kids now.

An anchor can be a pass time.
Mine is going to the gym, thats my anchor
Gym has become a huge part of my life.
This happens over time i guess, loving the gym i mean.
If you dont have an anchor, some interest that is YOURS, not the family's but yours, then you will be unhappy.
If i didnt have it, i'd be depressed im sure.

Its really forced humility...you really think you the shyt when you 18-25...for pretty much no reason at all..when 30 hits and you figure out that real accomplishments are damn near miracles you will be humbled and brought back down to earth
damn now i am even more depressed. the fukk am i doing with my life where i still feel like there is so much to see and experience

I was depressed before I got to my 30's. No but seriously when you get to your 30's life is just different. You are now helping to care for your elderly grandparents, and your parents are starting to age. You have more responsibilities. I'm boring as all hell now. I work and go home. That is it.
My friends and I try to get together at least every 6 months... Even though just a few years ago we hung out all the time and now duty calls. Luckily none of my friends have kids... Neither do I. So that saves me from the look at the pictures of my kids and husband. I wouldn't say we are depressed I would say that things hit some people harder than others.
Such is life...
