I know several smokers who died in their 40s. Life shouldn't be that short.

That's what I'm saying.... I aint willing to die that early just to smoke

I'd die in my 40s becuase of chicken/red meat tho hahaha

If the doctors tell me I get colon cancer when I'm 48 cause I ate meat all my life.... fukk it..... I lived a good life LOL

After a drink I gotta smoke

After a blunt I need a cig to top it off

If i wanted to quit I could. I quit for a year and hoped back on after a rough outing in vegas

I'll quit when I settle down or something

Just a quick very light buzz. Kinda like a black n mild if u ever tried those.

I think its the feeling of taking deep breathes. Sometimes when work gets rough, and u take that smoke break...it just feels good to exhale deeply and calms u a bit

honestly, it’s a crutch for me, at this point. i know ciggs are disgusting. but mentally they are one of my coping mechanisms for anxiety, stress, frustration. it also becomes an oral fixation. that’s why a lot of ex ciggsrerre smokers gain weight, because a. smoking suppresses your appetite and b. you replace the motion of smoking with food.

most long term smokers picked up the habit through their family. on my moms side, most people smoke..my mom grew up around it, though she smokes. i do and my sister. i grew up around it. but on my dads side, no one is a smoker.

Nicotene is an incredible substance with a lot of benefits. The only way to get it in effective amounts unfortunately is through a disgusting medium.

This isn't true. You can vape it with an electronic cigarette. I don't mean like a vape, but a box mod plus a sub ohm tank.

You can buy ejuice in different nicotine concentrations. You can even make your own. It's much healthier than smoking.

If you smoke I hear it's a great way to quit smoking. You go lower and lower in your nicotine concentrations until you wein off completely.
