As a resident of Massachusetts whose lived in two cities for at least 4 years each, with one city having a predominantly Hatian population and the other having a predominantly white population, I gotta say, I like it.
It's progressive enough, I've worn hoods over my head on cold days, never got profiled. I walk by, and old ladies SMILE at me. It's fukking paradise.
Oh yeah, and Boston... well, like
@SuperCoolP_Cal said, you could say the same for most capital cities. I mean, it's the capital city after all. People from all walks of life are there, including racist a$$holes.
Basically, Boston doesn't represent the rest of Massachusetts.
