I eat like this consistently and it does not make me feel sluggish, it actually give me more energy.

Fruits have protein (cherries, avocados, kiwis, bananas and etc)
The amount of fruit you’ll have to eat to get any significant amount of protein will do more damage than good

If you have diabetes yeah it will do damage to eat a lot of fruit. The ammount of protein you need is based off your weight, 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, and you can factor in activity.

Each individual is different but when I do fruit and water fast/detox everything went fine.

Stop gassing protien like that most ppl don't work out enough for the amount of protien they consume.

Fruits are essential

They cleanse and hydrate

Eating all those fruits you won't need to drink as much water as they put in the picture. True water h30 comes from fruits.

This is a good detox. THey should incorporate more chlorophyll heavy greens after the initial 30 days.
