If you have knowledge, do the research, know about your body, know about steroids, reached your Genetic Peak and ready to take the next step, then if the person chose to, I have no problem

I studied for years, I know professional body builders, power lifters, strong man ect. I trained with them.

See anything you put in your body you should know the biology and chemistry of it, y'all nikkas smoke dope, drink alcohol, sodas, eat all types of shyt and don't know what it do to your body.

Before nikkas trying to preach look in the mirror and what y'all put in your body on the daily
justify it for yourself

Insecurities really

I had my first dude in a long time try to compete with me in the gym yesterday..

Im basically starting over, lifting light weight at high reps, not trying to get big at all and trying to get back into lifting after an injury setback.

Whiteboy was struggling to carry 200lbs of dumbells to his bench to do benchpresses. I was literally lifting that shyt with ease to do my shoulder shrugs and was supersetting them with dumbell flies (4 different exercises all together to create 1 set) and he was trying to make it seem like I gave a fukk..

Especially when I had just did 3 sets of bench at 135x 15 and did a final set at 185 x 20 times...

Then I did legs.. And thats my LIGHT fullbody workout I do like 3 times a week
Do 100lb dumbbell flyes and rep 185lbs 20 times and call it a LIGHT workout brehs :martin:

It may have been low volume, but 100lb dumbbell flyes isn't low weight, and repping 185lbs for 20 reps ain't either.

I said I was shrugging 100lb dumbells and doing the flies at a lower weight like you should..

And technically, they weren't flies but they were lat raises... I called them flies for some reason. Probably thinking about tomorrow's workout

But lat raises 8 reps for the front, 8 reps for the sides, and 8 reps in the back to go along with the shrugs which is one set. All the lat raises were low weight too... Between 10-15lbs. 4 sets along with shrugs supersetted. Wasn't too crazy. Also I didn't start at 100, just ended there. I started at like 80lbs

The 185x20 is correct though... And to me yes, thats kinda light.

People love quick fixes. In fitness steroids is THE cheat code but from what I gather its not what keep people on. Its a combination of physiological and psychological. People on the gear confess that the confidence boost (no doubt from testosterone) alone is worth the price of admission.

Same thing I say. I just attribute it to laziness and trash genetics, no better or worse than your average instathot tbh because it’s basically the same shyt...

Most of the ones that do either look like shyt or get big real quick on bloat status then shrivel up and fall off a cliff right after. Can’t tell you how many dudes I see in the gym that got big then disappeared for a little while and came back shrunk and :flabbynsick: as hell

When you lift and gain size the right way you can stop liftin for extended period of time and still retain your muscle. Yea it’s a lot slower but good things in life don’t come fast or easy
