Most fitness models on social media are on something.

Those guys you see and can tell at first glance that they workout.. they aren't natural.

The body most people can achieve through being natural looks like shyt compared to people on steroids, HGH, testosterone etc.

I have no problem with people jumping on roids

The problem to me is when people jump on because they are too stupid/lazy/impatient to maximize their natural gains. Lot of people jump on roids and still look like shyt because they have no idea what the fukk they're doing.

But as for the YT guys like Matt Ogus, Chris Jones, that Athlean-X dude... why would anyone think they are juicing :dahell: Compare them to someone like a Mr Olympia competitor and you can see the difference. If you lift for 10-15 years like them and dont look like you lift, you either

- havent mastered your diet
- dont make aesthetics a priority
- have the worst genetics of all time
- are an idiot

Those dudes just put in the time... you look at Matt Ogus pictures from the early days to now, his gains make sense.

Roids isn about a quick fix tho


Comparatively speaking a roided vs standard fitness user on the same diet, routine & relatively equal genetics won’t have same outcome. Growth, Recovery, Perfomance and Leaness all favour roid user.

Synthetic testosterone is far superior to real testosterone, which is why people on steroids are able to easily gain 20-30 pounds of solid muscle within a short period of time. Steroids help people recovery very fast from their workouts. This is why they are able to get back into the gym and train the same muscles that they trained just a few days ago. Faster recovery times means faster results.

If roids isn’t about getting big, fast and ‘effeciently’ regardless of the long term detriment to the skin, hair, liver and/or nervous system, why would a non athlete do it? People hop on gear because they aren’t looking jacked as they want to be and want that edge. Spend 1-2 years to reach optimum body or do it 6-8months.

Most of the ones that do either look like shyt or get big real quick on bloat status then shrivel up and fall off a cliff right after. Can’t tell you how many dudes I see in the gym that got big then disappeared for a little while and came back shrunk and :flabbynsick: as hell

When you lift and gain size the right way you can stop liftin for extended period of time and still retain your muscle. Yea it’s a lot slower but good things in life don’t come fast or easy

This. The dudes that I've met that always go extra hard for non-competition steroid use are usually lazy and/or have weak genetics. 99.9% of the time all you need is hard work, dedication, proper education, sleep and nutrition.

I don't really care who takes steroids. My only problem is when dudes lie on social media that they're natural and try to shyt on people for calling them out.

Those people are usually doing a disservice to the younger kids who don't know any better, usually to sell some bullshyt supplements and cookie cutter meal plans.
